Killer script: Killer Joe

Matthew McConaughey, Emile Hirsch, Juno Temple and Thomas Hayden Church star in the dark comedic crime thriller, ‘Killer Joe’.  When Chris (Emile Hirsch) needs to repay his life or death debt to a drug dealer, he and his father, Ansel (Thomas Hayden Church) decide to hire a hit man (cue Matthew McConaughey as Killer Joe) to kill his evil mother and collect her life insurance policy.

But Killer Joe will need cash upfront for the service and since Chris and his Father Ansel have no way to pay him, the youngest in the family, Dottie (Juno Temple)  seduces Joe and becomes his “collateral”.

No doubt, there’ll be twists and turns in this wicked script as it’s due for a theatrical release on July 27, 2012.
